Jeeptoberfest Guidelines and Course Regulations

** No On site camping is allowed. Please check the web site for camping and hotel links.

** Parking for spectators is $5.00 per vehicle. A portion of the of parking proceeds will be donated to
a charity of our choice.

** Registration opens for Show at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday.
Registration closes for Show at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.

** Show closes for the day at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and reopens at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday. Closes at
2:00 p.m. on Sunday. Any vehicles left on show grounds on Saturday evening may not be removed
until Sunday after show reopens.

** There are several different events beside the show-n-shine that will be going on at various times
and locations on the grounds. Please check event schedule for times as some of these events will be
open and closed at different times during the day.

** If you are participating in any of the motorized events that are ongoing during the show – please
abide by the following guidelines.

** To participate in any of the motorized events – you must be a licensed driver over the age of 18.
(Per insurance regulations) Passengers must be over the age of 18 to participate on the moderate or
extreme rock course.

** Seat belts must be functional and worn by all occupants at all times vehicle is moving.

** Any jeep that is on any of the jeep courses must have tow points and an operational winch. (The
only exception for a winch is stock jeeps on the stock course).

** All guidelines or instructions given by event staff on courses must be followed – failure to do so
will result in removal from course it. (No refunds will be given if removed for noncompliance).

** If you find that you are unable to remove your jeep from the course due to mechanical failure,
OJC reserves the right to remove your vehicle using heavy equipment such as a tractor or track hoe,
etc. OJC is not responsible for any damages that incur to you or your vehicle during the removal
process.

** Show-n-Shine awards will be presented on Sunday at Noon.

**Absolutely NO PETS will be allowed on the show grounds other than service animals.
